  1. Bitcoin is good, when treated with caution and following the principle of "never investing more than you can afford to lose". No one can refute its current value. Nor its rebound from the SBF debacle. It is currently thriving. From a blockchain implementation perspective, it is revolutionary. Very cool all the way around. Hope it survives.
  2. I took a Udemy course on blockchain technology, which is solid computer science and is applicable to much more than cryptocurrency. It is applicable to any situation in which a distributed ledger is needed, and is safe and secure without the need of a trusted third party for verification (i.e. control). For example, medical records.
  3. Just being realistic. CBM is a good player at AU, but at UK? A dime a dozen ,my friend, A dime a dozen, With fewer techs. Come back at me. I can take it. And won't complain.
  4. Yes, Drew has withdrawn. Apparently, so have Hurley and Oats. How many more "no" responses does the UK AD need to hear before he calls Bruce? Make no mistake: if he calls, I think Bruce would say "yes" before even hearing the contract terms. The longer this draws out, the closer we come to returning to the SEC cellar. Someone (before Bruce), please say "yes".
  5. I wonder how many "no" responses the UK AD must get before he calls Bruce. Hopefully a lot, but even UK publications are calling for Bruce to be seriously considered. I think Bruce would be crazy to turn it down if offered. He's definitely a championship coach, but with no championships. And he could recruit the guards to UK that he hasn't been able to recruit to AU. I have a bad feeling about this...
  6. Zach Edey: phenomenal college player, 2-time player of the year, amazing last night (37 points), and future G-League star. Unfortunately for him, his game does not translate well to the NBA. But he was sure fun to watch in college. Hope he got a good degree.
  7. And hopefully Tre will come back now.
  8. I wish the kid luck. Not sad to see him leave, though. Hope Tre decides to come back now.
  9. Perdue in danger. Could get out of hand if they don't respond soon.
  10. Yeah, UConn's guards are just better, even though Clingan is not scoring big.
  11. Yeah, UConn looks stronger, and Edey is looking a little bit tired.
  12. Edey looks tired. Defensive breakdown, then called for travelling.
  13. This is beautiful basketball. These teams are playing well, their games are built around big men, and it's fun to watch. They have excellent perimeter play as well. These 2 teams spent over half the year combined being ranked #1. And they are bringing it so far tonight.
  14. Clingan not forcing anything, biding his time. Reminds me of the game between Ralph Sampson and Patrick Ewing back in the 1980s. It was a regular season game over 40 years ago, but I remember that Sampson had 23 points, and Ewing had 16.
