North Carolina choked last night ... bama went on a 7-0 run in the last couple of minutes ... they hung in so will give them credit for that but the Heels collapsed during crunch time

best wishes to KD … he made some knuckle-headed plays over the past couple of years but also some very good ones … the one thing that I respect over anything else is that you don’t have to worry about getting full out effort from this young man … good luck to him in the future

I know a lot of you folks blame the PG play & I won’t completely disagree BUT what this program needs is a couple of knock down shooters … could be a PG, SG or a SF but we desperately need a three point specialist 

I’ll watch every minute of all remaining games that I am able  to … the NCAA Tournament is one of the best sporting events each year 

CBM should’ve showed more composure … with that said had that happened with a “blue blood” team there is zero chance the player would’ve been tossed

I’ll stand by my statement that the committee did a horrendous job this year … there is always some criticism each year but IMO they were legit horrible this year 

so KY had some “quad 1” wins right?  That’s why they were a 3 seed ?

I'm not defending the committee's choices. Merely explaining them to the ignorant and the ones who called me out the last week for *GASP* predicting the committee would keep us a 4-seed even after winning the SEC Tournament.

you were spot on with your prediction ... IMO it was a lazy, hack job to have all the seeds done prior to the conference tournaments ... the committee basically just told the college basketball world that those silly things don't matter

I will stand by my statement that we got jobbed ... not advocating for a 1 or 2 but could've easily been a 3 ... with that said & as others have pointed out ... if we're going to win the natty we probably would have to beat UCON somewhere along the way

btw I think a lot of folks here are underestimating Yale ... they are very disciplined & can shoot the three ... I'd like to see a walk but expecting a tough game

Did only the Kenpom show up in my post?  I attempted to post three different power ranking all saying the same thing … could probably find another half dozen … the only folks I’ve seen defending the seeding are Bama fans … I listened to numerous shows today & there was a genuine consensus that we got jobbed … but then again what can you expect when the committee has the Bama AD on it

the NCAA hates Coach Pearl & quite frankly Auburn athletics it seems ... this was a complete hack job by the committee which by the way includes Alabama AD Greg Byrne on it ... not saying AU should be a 1 or even a 2 but easily should be a 3 seed

that 6-8 minutes late in the second half is as good of basketball as you will see … great bounce back after the whippin last week … AUsome road win
