Probably partly due to the fact that so many people feel Oregon is the rightful #1. I't would just be kind of nice for Auburn to be voted #1 all around.

we could widen our lead in the points we're at like.93 and Oregon was .90 or so I believe. we could be looking at being so far ahead if we beat Bama the SECC wouldn't matter,doesn't sound fair but Oklahoma did it a few yrs ago.

I think Oregon and Auburn are the 2 best teams in college football and I would be more confident in Auburn playing Boise than I would Oregon.

Oregon's offense is not a great match-up for the Auburn D.

yea it just seems to me they are keeping on Auburns hip not giving an inch, but I guarantee you the same will not be said of Oregon and I don't think USC is done scoring yet.
