No way Mack steps down after a train wreck season like this.  No successful coach wants to end their career on such a down note. My guess is Mack stays Will bails, especially if UGAY cans Richt.

IMO, Will won't be the next HC at UGA. If Richt is canned, I don't think he will, it would be too costly for UGA to get Muschamp. CMR has a huge buyout and WM has a sizable payout at Texas. Kirby Smart would be the more logical choice. I know this league is known for its deep pockets but that move would be insane. Again though I believe MR will be the coach at UGA next season.

Gotta disagree, since when has having a contract ever stopped any coach from being hired or changing jobs?... Don't forget Mack was supposed to step down very soon if not this year, but changed his mind. No way he steps down now after this season. If UGAY wants him bad enough, and Will is tired of waiting on Mack to make a decision, settlements can be reached.

Personally though, I've never really been sold on Will as a great coach. Yeah he does a lot of screaming and yelling on the sidelines, but that doesn't mean he is ready to handle a top tier school.
