Still amazed that more 5*/4* RBs are not beating down Auburn's door

Just watching again yesterday any top notch RBs not fearing competition to start should want to be a part of this. Throw in our lack of depth and some playing time next year is a given.

Agreed - it me baffled too. But it seems like the Rb's from the 2012 class have more sense; there's a couple of studs there that have AU high on their lists, which is fine by me. Take the Juco and Buck Allen, be done and move onto 2012 RB recruiting.

At this point, ^^this^^ is probably the best strategy.  Let's pick up a good JUCO guy that can come right in and play and go after some of the 2012 guys.

After the game Tre Mason had Friday night, we got to look hard at him, and don't forget Quan Bray as the hybrid.

Does anybody think Lache Seastrunck would consider transferring?  Would the coaches want him?

I thought the same thing last night while watching the Oregon game.  He seems to be buried in the depth chart.  It's not likely because he would have to set out a year but I'd like to have him.

I feel certain that other coaches are selling recruits on the whole Auburn will not have an offensive line that can block for them next year. I am hearing that a lot these days.

The line should be more talented at least star wise than this year's it will be less experienced. But most most of them will have a year under their belt in the system so I think we will be fine.

I think next year will be step back for the o-line.  It's impossible to lose the experience we'll be losing and not have it be so.  But I have confidence in our coaches to get them as ready as they possibly can be.  The rest will just have to come through experience.

But let's enjoy this season now and worry about next year when it gets here.

A step back at oline only means another area will step up.  quick passes?  more motion?  CGM will get the most out of what he has to work with.

We have some quality OLmen for next year and some coming in with this class that may be able to strap it up as freshmen like Ziemba and Pugh did. If Green recovers 100% he has some quality experience. I am sure there is plenty of negative recruiting going on, but we have plenty to offer at Auburn.

A Seastrunck reference. Classic.

i would take Seastrunk in a heartbeat as long as he meshed ok with the team

judging from high school vids, Seastrunk>>>> most of the speed backs in this years class outside of maybe Aaron Green/Mike Bellamy

1. LS is a duck, not a Tiger.

2. We will get our backs.

3. We need help next year. LS would not give us the immediate help needed being that he would sit for a year before eligible.

4. Time to move on from the "hype man" from BCW. The talk of him is past old. It's ancient now.
