Movin Up

And that sews up the #1 spot in the BCS...and even better is that is basically sews up us being #1 from now on as long as we win.

People were projecting Oregon to possibly jump us in a couple weeks when the SOS perks up a bit, but if we're #2 in both polls, that won't happen.  I don't think Oregon ever gets into the top 3 in the Computers, so as long as we keep winning, #2 in coaches, #2 in Harris, and #1 in Computers will = Auburn #1 in BCS.

I know either spot (1 or 2) is good enough, but I love the kids and coaches being rewarded for their hard work with the #1 ranking.

Wow! I'm actually surprised that the we're number two. Now the question is will we be number two in the AP? I know it doesn't matter but I just want to see if some people are finally jumping off  the Boise State bandwagon and getting on the Auburn wagon.

Either way, WDE! Happy to move up another spot. :)

Why aren't we number 1 is the question. This team deserves to be number 1 team in every poll. Oregon is doing the same thing as us but against alot crappier competition. You would think people would notice but they aren't noticing for some reason.

Now it's updated. Still at 3 and we somehow lost a first-place vote. Thank you media for being all over Boise State and Oregon this week.

But we closed the gap to just 7 points behind Boise.  We'll pass them if we keep winning, no worries.

If Auburn is #2 in the polls and if Oregon rises to somewhere between 2 and 3 in the computers, then Oregon would jump Auburn. Hate the schedule all you want, but when teams lose and they play some of these other Pac 10 teams, they will jump 1 loss teams.

I'm pleasantly surprised that Auburn jumped Boise. Didn't expect that to happen without a victory at Bama.

Oh, I'm not worried, especially since it's the AP. I'm just tired of hearing about how great Boise State is considering they looked so bad against La Tech on Tuesday.
