I have had enough. Please don't give me the take it one game at a time comments. The team is doing that in exemplary fashion. I have heard the Bammers chatter on and on about how they will be in Glendale in January. I have heard all of the talk about this team being a one man team. I have heard the Cam jokes. I have heard the defense stinks. I have heard how CGC is just winning because of Cam. I am so tired of the Bama attitude that beating us and winning the MNC is their birthright. I am so tired of the announcers acting like it is a foregone conclusion that we will lose to them. I am tired of Little Nicky acting like he has never heard of Cam, but then he wakes each night screaming and biting his pillow like a prom queen in C Block because he knows what is coming.

Well, enough is enough! Our coaches have done a great job. This Auburn team is ready for Bama and I am ready to have the talking stop and prove it on the field. I want Bama to run the table until November 26th and it physically hurts to say that. I can't wait until the game and all of their excuses go out the window. I want that win more than I want to admit it to myself. I know that we are going to go and take care of business in Ttown. What the outsiders do not understand is that this is a TEAM. This is our offensive line blowing people off the line. These are our wide receivers blocking 15 yards down field. This is Cam being Cam. This is our group of running backs turning it hard up field. This is our defensive line playing in our opponent's backfield. Do I need to go on? This is a very special TEAM! I watch as our defense plays better every week. They are growing and making big plays when needed. The character of these kids has been on display in our come from behind victories. Our coaches and players could not be better representatives of our university.

It is time to show the Mullet Nation that their is a new sheriff in town and his name is CGC! I feel better now. WDE!

Good to get it all out... I went through the same thing about a week ago.

Best not to even worry about Bama they are no different than any other college football team.

The funny thing is that Bama fans are not even thinking about LSU and MissS. Just Auburn, Kinda a bizzaro universe right now for bama fans. They are in a weird state of mind right now. Interesting to see which way they go will either be one extreme or the other.

One thing is for sure Auburn plays with attitude and fun and UAT plays because they are scared of failing the dark overlord. ....

Besides I don't like even thinking about the AU/UAT game makes me a nervous wreck.

  Now this is what I really appreciate about Alabama and it shows what a top notch program that they really are by supporting their team enough to buy them all tickets to come to Glendale and watch Auburn beat the Oregon Ducks! I really hope that the BCS committee will sit them all in a very comfortable and cushioned seating area because they are really going to need it after the beatdown we give them in Tuscaloosa! No doubt they are still going to be bruised and battered from that game and I for one want them to be as comfortable as possible while we show the whole word who the very best team in America is. A friend of mine told me that a Bama fan got his son to dress up with a ski mask, an auburn #2 jersey (thanks for supporting the sales) and a laptop in his arm for trick-or-treating. How much more scared can they get. He went on to get scolded pretty badly by several AU fans. He definately had it comin. I might have to dress up as Mark Ingram's dad when answering the door next year.

I live and work in Birmingham.  I am subjected to it non-stop.  I have heard it all.  What I do, is maintain my composure and tell them that we shall see what happens.  All they want is to get a rise out of you.  If you fall for it, they have beaten you.  I can not tell you the number of UA fans who have walked away from me dejected that they didn't get their rise out of me.

Bama fans are AUbsessed with Auburn right now! 

The thought of us actually *gasp* being in the BCS conversation ranked above them is just too much!  Not to mention being beat to a pulp by a team Auburn beat. 

My Bama friends (who really are pretty great...but they are all Alums) are all VERY worried about Saban leaving...they think these rumors have legs. 

Most also don't think that they will beat Auburn.
