I'll be curious to see what they have in mind and to see drawings and such. Not sure I think it's a great idea but I don't have any say so.

I never was a big fan of the dome, and in my opinion the retractable stadium plan would be perfect for Atlanta. 

This will be approved because A. Blank/Falcons will pocket most of the costs -- the public share will come from a hotel occupancy (tourist) tax.  They know if they tried to raise revenue directly from the residents of Georgia,  the plan would have no chance.  The only local concern to the plan is who foots the bill for budget overruns?
