Notre Dame would be great for publicity but they are becoming a no win situation.

A home and away with Oregon sounds very interesting. I am a home crowd stadium noise kind of guy. I would love to see us travel to Autzen first and then the very next year they can come to JH. Autzen would be roaring loud wanting payback for the NC game. Could you imagine the motivational speech Chiz would give to the student body before the home game. The student section would take the challenge and come out louder than the WV "rain game". Let's do it!!! 2013 and 2014, I know we have room.

Notre Dame hasn't been a power in college footbal for decades, the last time they won a major bowl, the visor was still coaching at Florida.  We have tried to schedule them in the past, but they want two games in South Bend for one game in Auburn.  They're arrogant little puss buckets and no way we give them two for one.  I'd like to see us play a home and home with a big ten team -  Michigan, Ohio State, or Penn State.  Playing a west coast team - Oregon, Stanford, UCLA, or USC would also probably help us with recruiting.

I like your thinking.  USCw, Texas, Okie and Okie Lite, FSU, Miami, Penn St, Michigan, Va Tech, Wisconsin, UNC, and love the Oregon home and home idea due to exposure and to show them that Cam wasn't all we're made of.
