LOL, my wife bought a "Mike Dyer" jersey last year because she is a shorty and he was a shorty and he was her favorite player.....after he left I was like "well, I like your Jake Holland jersey." She was like, I don't even know who that is.....

Better watch out talking negative about former family.  Some on here don't like it.  :-\

Never once have I said or felt anything negative towards Dyer. Disapointed but nothing negative. Another sad story of a young talented kid making the wrong decisions. Positive that came from this is I have even more respect for Chiz. First for his actions and then for giving him a full release to let him try and get his career back on track. Very positive thread IMHO because I have a really nice Holland jersey. Now to find a wig to put under my hat to resemble his. :we:

I didn't mean that I would be the one who wouldn't like it. There is another Dyer thread with some spouting bullcrap about family turning on family.

well, then why is talk about family turning on family considered bullcrap?

Family turning on family is not acceptable. Family correcting family is what family does. Showing someone your displeasure with their words or actions is fine. That is as far as it should go. Say what you have to say and then move on. It's up to them what they do with it. After the bowl game in Atlanta I ran across some young Auburn fans at the Marta taunting a family from Virginia. I am a fairly good sized man so I let them know that is not the Auburn way. They told me to go to "hades" and I gave them a polite War Eagle and went about my way. Out of them 5 young men I hope that someday at least 2 of them will remember that night and make better decisions next time. I take pride in how other fans see our fanbase. I have alot uSC fans in my family that had very low opinions of the  Auburn fanbase because of how Georgia fans speak of us. After their trip to Auburn in 2010 they all could not quit complementing how nice their trip to Auburn was. They still were talking about it the following year when I traveled to Columbia. Try walking back to the condos by their stadium with Auburn gear on after we beat them. (Which is where we were hanging out). Word of advise, change the subject to Clemson and you will be alot more comfortable. WAR EAGLE!!!
