That would be really impressive if true considering he is coming off shoulder surgery.  Have any of you current students seen him around campus or can anyone confirm?

Not sure of the exact size, but he has gotten a good bit larger

Best way to gain weight is massive deadlifts.  A lot easier to work around a shoulder injury with a dead lift. It can be done.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. He's had a year to work hard at gaining weight, and he has an excellent mentor for that kind of program in Kevin Yoxall. If he's able to maintain his athleticism, which is expected, he's going to be a force.

I stand corrected. It is the bench press.

Jan '11- 210 lbs when Chris Frost commits.

Apr '12- 225 lbs when he reports for Spring practice even after being limited by an operation and rehab.

Jun '12- 233 lbs reported by TOS. Is it possible ? Yes, very possible.

Sep '12- 240 lbs reported by TOS as his goal. Again, is it possible ? Oh yes, sure is possible. With the ability to be able to strength train now fully restored, 15 lbs from April to Sept. is attainable.

I've been waiting to see this young man on the field since we signed him. Ge is going to be fun to watch grow into a head hunting run stuffing LB. I am equally ready to see this entire defense run a muck this season. Not too many people know what we avid followers of Auburn know, our D-line is going to ridiculous and that in turn will help all of our LB's and DB's. Going to be fun to watch for years!! War Eagle!!!!
