Glad to see Chizik getting some love from the recruits. The part about  made me laugh. I will give credit that he is an effective coach, but he is sure lacking in the personality and overall human department. You are talking to kids that are still in high school and won't be on your team for another year and you cannot even crack a smile with them? What a loser.

Probably because he's considered by many to be the best coach in college football right now. I'm not one of those people, but I do think he's an outstanding coach...though his recruiting is the primary reason, and his methods are anything but squeaky clean. Still though, to these kids, I could understand him being intimidating; he's so smug and sure of himself that intimidation is kinda part of the package.

On that note, I'd almost like to meet him...just to look him in the eye and smirk. I've met people like that before, and they've never intimidated me; we all put our pants on one leg at a time, and I always think it's amusing the way they react when I hold their gaze and half smile, half smirk at them. One guy came completely unglued when I didn't just wither.
