First time going to the dome. Taking wife and 8yr old. I need some info on  the game day activites.  Is there a Web site or anything?

I don't know if there's a website, but I bet there is one. I would google something like 'Chik-fil-a Auburn-Clemson gameday'.

As for game day activities -- there's stuff to do in downtown Atlanta that might be fun for an 8-year old. The aquarium is supposed to be nice. The World of Coke and Underground Atlanta are ok.

Sorry -- I moved from Atlanta to DFW in 2004, so I'm sure others will have more up-to-date info.

Should be fun. Wish I were able to be there.

I went to the SECCG in 2000 when we lost to Florida. My experience was probably colored by the score. It was cool to go, but nothing like going to Jordan-Hare!

Will be more fun if Auburn crowd dominates (as well as dominating on the field).

My only recommendation is that if you are staying in ATL for the night, take Marta to the dome. There will be other Clemson and Auburn fans there, so it's not like you will be alone--thus no worry if you are not accustomed to Marta.

Try to go to aquarium. Not that crazy about coke museum. Both are crowded and $$..there will probably be something going on at Ga Congress Center..Tiger Walk etc...Marta can be very crowded and take a long time. Take a cab or find parking..Eat at The Varsity...WDE

If you don't eat at the Varsity while you're here you will regret it. 2 chili cheese dogs, onion rings, and a frosted orange is a bucket list worthy experience.
