I believe that rumor was because of a photo of the jersey on NCAA Football 13. The photo showed that names were not on the jersey's but that's usually the case. I checked the teambuilder 13 site, and it showed that there will be names on the back of the jerseys.

I said it once, and I'll it again, Tuberville had the best uniforms. Big names, black shoes & socks, no tramp stamp, and I actually liked the smaller AU on the helmets, but that bigger ones are still cool.

Got to agree with Tiburon. The navy uniforms with black socks/cleats is the way to go.

The withe uniforms do look good with the white clears with a little navy in them.

Meh, I don't have a problem with any of the changes. I don't think the "tramp stamp" is a big deal, though I could take it or leave it, and apparently the players like the newer jerseys better. If the slight modifications make any difference to the players, even if it's just in their head, then I'd rather go with that. I don't want to make drastic changes, and I'll admit that I don't really care for smaller numbers, but as much as everyone likes to laugh at it, I've heard that it actually makes a difference in air flow through the material. Maybe that's just the players trying to come up with a more legitimate reason than just that they think it looks cooler, but either way, I don't really care too much.

One thing I wouldn't mind seeing is orange cleats...not the shoe color, just the actual cleats on the shoe. I think it'd be a cool accent to add. But as long as we maintain the sleeve stripe and navy blue as the primary color (and white numbers...orange numbers would just be too much), I'm not too worried about it.

Well, that and no orange facemasks.
