A GOOD COMMANDER IN CHIEF?

Osama Bin Laden attacked us. Our Commander in Chief promised to get him “DEAD OR ALIVE”. He sent 18,000 of our troops to Afghanistan, and has failed to achieve that goal. Now he says “he does not care”. (Big time flip-flop!)

While the man most dangerous to our security is running around free he sends 140,000 of our troops on a wild goose chase to Iraq to look for WMDs that were not there. A smart General closely watches changes in battle conditions and is quick to adjust plans to attain the best results achievable. Our Commander in Chief refuses to admit the error and is determined to follow his unaltered course of action.

The following link looks at it from a different angle:

How many people has Bin Laden killed since we put him on the run on 01?

How many people has Al Zarqawi killed this year?

Our commander in cheif also vowed to do everything he could to protect america. in the last 3 years...how many terrorist attacks have we seen on american soil? Dont wanna give him credit for that one do ya? Must be doing something right though.

Bin Laden may not have killed since he was "put on the run" but a lot of innocent lives have been lost by George Bush!!! I actually don't feel any safer after 9/11 with what all George Bush has done.

And none of us will ever feel safe with Kerry running to the UN every other day so he can get his opinion given to him.

Well...you obviously aren't dead...you should thank George Bush.

Have you thanked Clinton for keeping you alive for the 7 years and 11 months that followed the first Trade Center bombing? ;)

show me what he did....besides turn down bin laden's capture 3 times...to keep me safe.

the threat of terrorism wasnt NEARLY as prevalent as it is now. and has been for the last three years.

I take that as a "no." ;) If terrorists could bomb the WTC in Feb. of 2001, why was the "threat" of terrorism any less in the almost eight years that followed? Just because we didn't have a color coded boost the President's approval ratings system in place?

And if the threat of Terrorism wasnt any less, why did Clinton not wipe out Bin Laden when offered to him on three occasions? You know, it might have stopped the WTC Bombings II.

Not clinton's fault...remember he got out of office. So he's not liable for anything bad that happened under his term...since the effects of it wasnt shown until later.

Also see job boom under clinton due to the internet. Apparently that was Bush's fault also.

I see that his "diplomacy" worked just long enough for Bin Laden to plan and execute the largest attack on mainland soil since the American revolution. And for that, I should thank him? You, sir, truly will get what you want someday, and like every idiot, you will only then realize it was the wrong choice!
