This is definatly from either moveon.org, Al Frankin and the socialist /terrorist appeasers at AirAmerika, or straight from the DNC homepage ...wait, aren't they all 3 the same? Anyway, it's clear that anyone who'd slit the throats of airline stewardesses, murder 3,000 innocent men,women and children, strap bomb jackets to themselves and blow up a school bus or a pizza parlor, or saw the heads off of those who are trying to rebuild a country are well beyond any hope of ever having any sort of 'diplomacy' that doesn't involve either some serious military hardware, or a well placed tactical device. It isn't that simple, fellas. And it contradicts what the insurgents in Iraq say:

Does this mean Kerry would hold a summit with Bin Laden or the other terrorists so that we can use diplomacy to win the war on terror.
