All Bull Crap aside, some significant changes need to be made. Will they be?

Words can't describe my disappointment in the production of this team. I will still be there supporting the young men wearing the orange and blue but having a difficult time maintaining my support for those making the decisions. How can you have the talent we have and put such a under performing product on the field? War Eagle

There is an obvious disconnect somewhere within this team. Be it players or coaches not buying in, or wanting to be on the same page, who knows. But we had better have some kind of wilderness experience and some kind of enlightenment or this whole staff will be looking soon. This is just sad to me, very sad because Chizik is an awesome individual.

end of the season...

Lefty's a great coach, I honestly believe. But his inexperience is a killer. No identity developed. Simplification is an issue.

8 sacks is shocking.

I think the world of Coach Chizik as a man but he is no head coach. Hired and kept Ted Roof for far too long and has made just a terrible hire in Loeffler. This team is not prepared to play SEC football. It's amateur hour on my Plains and I'm not cool with that. We had the best college football player in the past half century (arguably) and won a NC with him, outside that we are 8-5, 8-5, and (maybe?) 3-8 this year under Chiz.

I didnt like the way he handled Malzahn, he continually tightened the rope around him and he was so ready to leave he took the head gig at Ark State. From winning the Broyles to Ark State? If you dont believe this, look at Malzahn's offense in his first year, then look at the offense his last year then look at what he did as a lame duck in our bowl game against Virginia.

We need a big boy head coach who has some direction in mind.

The o-live play had been one of the few bright spots I don't believe Arky d-line is better than LSU, to allow 8 sacks is not coaching, communication that one is one the line its just simple "want to" they got whipped

Knowing our A.D. we will keep the current staff in place until the season ends and then we will replace the OC. That will give them an excuse to tell us next year that we are learning a new system and to be patient. Then again... they may even find some OC that runs the veer or some other system we don’t have the personnel for and they will be able to lean on that excuse for 3-4 years!

Lots of bad decisions made that have finally made their way to the field. Worst situation I have seen the team in. I could understand if we didn’t have players and such. I mean how do we constantly end up with freshman starting on the line year after year. Their hasn’t been any continuity at any positions since 2010. Good teams have starters that move on as juniors/seniors and then replaced by an understudy who is soph. or junior and ready to play. Us, on the other hand, we have a revolving door at every position. Mostly sophmores freshman with a junior senior sprinkled in somewhere.

Coach Chizick is a great guy. He stood behind Cam when no one else would. However, I consider myself a great guy, this doesnt make me a good coach. Just sick!!!

I don't think want to has anything to do with it. The coaching staff is not putting these boys in the position to be sucessful. When fundamentals are not taught, discipline is not enforced and technique not refined, how can a kid perform in the best conference in the country? It is more than clear that this team is not being properly prepared to play football in the SEC. I won't blame the kids for that. We have one of the best tight ends in the country, kid named Lutzenkirchen. How is it that he isnt touching the ball? How is it that he is not being force-fed the ball?

As I said in the game thread- this team has no offensive identity. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish, they arent using this to set up that. They appear to be just calling random disjointed plays with no theory or thread stringing them together. Either that or the execution is just so miserable that it only appears that way. In either event this mess is squarely and solely the responsibility of the coaching staff.

Pushed around all over the field again. Lost both battles with d line and o line.......don't say anything about the strength program though......it couldn't be that! We need to get stronger. guys put on weight and can't lift 200 lbs and everbody gets excited about in the summer. we need some strong guys

I realize it takes time for new talent to develop. However, our fall since 2010 is like a boulder rolling down Blood Mountain.

We have top SEC talent at TE with Lutz. He was targeted maybe twice.

This team is being wonderfully undercoached by a great man and our AD is being led to below mediocrity by another great man. Great times are in short supply for AU athletics in terms of actually winning games, but we do have great men.

Totally agree. From what I hear, Mahatma Gandhi was one heck of a good dude but I don't think he knew s*** about zone blitzing out of a 3-4.
