I thought 2008's team was bad, but sadly they would also beat this bunch of quitters.

After today's game I am not longer sure what to think of either the leadership of the coaches or character of the players. I say they set the starters aside and let the benchwarmers take the field from here on out. The starters no longer deserve the honor. Let the kids with something to prove have a chance at it. We can't tackle, we can't cover, we can't pressure the QB, we can't throw, we can't avoid sacks, we can't avoid panalties, etc. How can we do any worse? At least I can cheer for kids that are giving it all they have.

I disagree. We need to keep CGC. All these recruits that we have right now I feel like would look elsewhere if we lost him. And seeing as how bad we are this year, we need those recruits badly. Some changes need to be made though.

This is VERY TRUE! Move Luper to OC and let Leofler coach QB or better still, fire him. Luper and Co. are not UNhappy with CSL failing. There it is, I said it.

But will it matter? Frazier was the #1 high school player in the country by USA Today. Holland was 4 star talent. Most of this team is filled with highly rated kids that aren't developing. I wouldn't mind losing a few big stars for a coach that will develop kids.

And this is probably the biggest hold on the Auburn program thus far. But something has to give. Without teachers to teach, those recruits won't reach their full potential. Changes definitely have to be made to the coaching staff in some way, shape or form even if it doesn't involve Chizik.

Those recruits do not matter if they're not getting proper coaching. We've had 3 very good classes in a row and look where we are. We need a change.... sad to say but I think it's true.

And yet, we have a coach who, incredibly, can't coach this talented team, ( top 5 classes, 3 years running ) and another top 10 ( yeah - good luck w/ that one ) on the way.

It's as if they think that doing the same thing, over and over, will some how yield better results. It won't, and yet this staff has no CLUE on how to fix the problem.
