OK. I'm tired of griping

It is what it is. I want to support the players. I will hope changes are made to restore the team to be an SEC competitive team. It is not now. There is no lack of talent or lack of experience. Those excuses are false to me. We will not go to a bowl so I will pull, with all my soul, for the players to get

1. A win.

2. A Division 1 win

3. An SEC win

4. A major upset

The players deserve to taste some success this year and I hope and pray they will experience this.

I have learned valuable lessons.

1. The stars next to a recruits name may indicate potential, but effective coaching is needed to turn potential into players.

2. We caught lightening having Cam Newton, Gus Malzahn, Nick Fairly and a great experienced team as a whole in 2010

3. The guy at the airport whom we've derided as a jerk evidently knew something.

Fact is Auburn plain old, straight up, no doubt about it stinks this year. No offense, defense gets worn out in the third and fourth quarter. We are not mentally or physically conditioned. WE ARE the dormat of the SEC this year and will be again next year if we do not fire Chizik and Lofflear and hire someone who has been successful at some point. AND as a fan base, we have already accepted eventual losses to Georgia, Alabama, and probably Vanderbilt. I would also add, the last head coach to lose to Vandy got fired. So maybe Chizik will be gone a little faster.

RIght now, I do not see how we win more than 3 total games this year and I would not guarantee a win against New Mexico State or Alabama A&M at this point. Everyone on and around this team has quit.

I hate to say it, but Blake, Lutz, and McCalleb should have left for the Pros last year. Their stock will fall after this fiasco and all of these players deserve better.
