Walk-ons are my favorite players. Having a relative in DIII teaches you to appreciate players who simply love the game. War Eagle, Grant. Welcome to the family.

Welcome to AU. We own MIlton HS now. This is good. They have a edge RB with tons of speed that will be a senior this year.

This guy is not on the list LOI that were received. Are we not counting him on that because of the Walk-On option?

yes, he will play football but will not count towards the 85 scholarship limit. LOI = scholarship players and enrolling at AU = LOI.

Maybe we should hold our excitement. A late offer and he could be gone. He's been under the radar with so many high profile teammates. Hope he stays with us but you never know in this crazy recruiting wars.

Tackles better than anyone at AU did last year.

I noticed that too. He actually wraps up when he tackles. Who'd of thunk you could wrap up.

except for cassanova,he's already better than anything we have on campus

No he's not. There is nothing I hate more than statements like these. So a kid who is walking on (ie: not good enough for a scholarship) is better than a group of guys who were actually deemed good enough to earn scholarships out of HS? Better yet; if he was so good that he's already better than every linebacker at Auburn except one, why weren't other schools diving at his feet to sign him?

Newsflash: this kid will likely never be anything other than a roster-filler. If he is playing significant snaps for us then we are in pretty damn bad shape.
