Bama dumb or very brave ?

Mathis is one of those quirky offensive lineman who has been around the block in the NFL, so I can’t say I am surprise. Also the IRS has been in the news for some suspect behavior, so I believe he is trying to send a message.

Uh, pretty dumb and brave. Like when you run you head into the wall to see if you can break the drywall. That was brave, and also dumb. And it has the same result. No one cares except you.

Can one of you guys please explain to me why men think doing something like this is cute and just the thing to do. I've had several Auburn friends of mine that tell me that when they come to Tuscaloosa they want to whip it out and do that on Coach Bryant's statue and over at Denny Chimes. I have some Bama fans that used to say they wanted to do that at Toomers. I've heard if from both groups so I'm not putting down Auburn guys, I'm just asking why guys in general think that this is funny.

I'm female, and we just don't quite understand the concept.

Its a way to disrespect something. And it has a risky element to to. That gets some people off. :dunno:

Just a means of showing major disrespect. In the movie the "Good Shepherd" there is a Skull and Bones like initiation scene where the pledges fight in the mud and are humbled.

If you go back to basic animal instincts, it's a method of claiming territory. But mostly and basically, a drunken college boy prank.

Well, beats me but, I must say...talking about it in jest and doing it are two entirely different levels of cute..no?
