I know our Coach Craig has an ongoing relationship with this guy and has been very complimentary on the kind of person he is. I don't know him but I can't believe that anyone cannot see that this guy has some very serious character issues and the coddling is making it worse. What did Ponder's wife say? How do you know D. Craig is still in contact with Winston since his recruitment to FSU? Here's a video and article about her comments. Until the time comes when the FSU football program is not earning the school buckets of money, then Jimbo can and will do what he wants. I have a relative that was in an administrative position at Auburn for a long period of time. I just know that there are quite a few things that administration and athletic really disagree on. And as this link reveals, ESPN and other media contribute to that attitude as well just by giving him such exposure. The underlying story is that it is not FSU anymore. It is JWUniversity. If Jimbo can't make sure he doesn't dress out, it makes me question more his judgement. Forget the media hype that already exists, he is dropping the ball. He is not leading he is reacting to JW actions and lack of respect. To go thru the female sexual harassment issues and then shout sexual degrading comments about women in an public union in the presence of women shows a further lack of respect. The young man is in his third year at a major university. He does not represent his University very well. It is about JW to JW no matter what he says. His actions are speaking louder than his words. Jermaine Whitehead was indefinitely suspended for arguing with a coach. He was not prancing around on the sidelines flaunting a suspension.
