I am so delighted to see this young man really blossoming this season! Through all of the tragic events that came about even before he stepped foot on campus and now be basking in the fruits of his hard work, dedication and mental toughness is impressive, to put it mild! I do not know of many people that could withstand the tragedy of knowing their mother was senselessly murdered and yet remain so positive and focused. With so much negativity going on throughout college football , yes even the world, this mans story is what is good/inspiring to me!!

Good post, and I agree. It's amazing what all these studs can accomplish when they're put in a position to succeed, isn't it? A lot of epitaphs have been prematurely written on our a lot of our older players, but now they finally are getting the chance to do what they came here to do, they're delivering.

I'm so glad to see him have success out there. I have always felt like he should be used more, he rarely drops a ball and has great quickness. But mostly I just love watching him play, he is always jumping around and getting hype out there. He always seems to be smiling and having a good time on campus, which is even more amazing when you consider all that has happened to him. I hope he can keep up this good season

Interviewed after the game yesterday on the SECnetwork broadcast....he gave all credit to everyone else who was in place to help him do what he needed to do......very humble man who has had a difficult path at times. He deserves this and I'm very happy for him.

He had a great day.

WDE Quan!!!!

I have always liked Quan and glad to see him have a great game.

It also shows the depth we have since Sammie still not 100% and appeared Duke took himself out of the game often with a minor limp.

So next week, time for Marcus Davis or Melvin Ray to step up at receiver and Barber or Roc at RB.

Come along way from muffing every punt.i still say dont fumble it every time its kicked to him

When was he "muffing every punt"?

He had some muff problems when he first started punt returns a few years back (which is likely part of why Chris Davis was able to take his place last season). But his hands seem to be more than fine now, especially after watching him yesterday.

He seems to have more confidence in his PR ability. He has become a reliable target that gets lost in the fray because of the attention given to Coates and Williams.

His main problem was running "east-west" instead of exploding upfield like we saw him do yesterday. I think watching Chris Davis be so effective last year really helped him. Glad to see him reaching his potential-hope he starts getting the ball more with his reliable hands as a receiver.

I'm really happy for Quan especially considering what he's been thru.

Side note, didn't he muff the punt that led to us giving up the game winner against LSU in Chizik's last season? Maybe the best muffed punt in Auburn history lol. If we had won that game Chiz may still be here

Quan has been through some tough times. He kept fighting and now he's a great man and football player. He deserves all the attention he is getting
