They also plotted to blow up the St. Louis arch. So far Atty General Eric Holder and the justice dept. have limited the prosecution to minor weapons charges. Lest we forget, this is the same justice dept. that refused, in 2009, to prosecute NBPP members for intimidating white voters in Philadelphia during the 2008 presidential election.
