We were outcoached and outplayed. Not hard to see with the exception of Gordon that we had better talent but they wanted it more. A disappointing end to a most disappointing season. Go Buckeyes!

Agreed. GO BUCKEYES!!!

The bleeping bubble screen hasn't worked in 2 years.

That awful sprint draw has lost yardage all season. It's like defenses lick their lips when we run it.

The play calling was absolutely horrible the entire game, The defense sucked hard until the last 1:15 of the 4th and overtime, and We need a kicker who can make a freaking fieldgoal, either of his misses could have helped win the game. Almost as bad as John Vaughn

They were a better team. They would have beaten us 4 out 5 times during the regular season. We will now see how good a coach Gus is. AU has given him everything he needs to be successful. Huge drop off in the O this year, but we took everyone by surprise last year. Everyone has now caught on. It is on CGM. He needs to get this thing straightened out, not tomorrow, not after breakfast, but now.

People questioning Gus have to be trolls of some sort. Offense scored 31. Would've been a lot more with a mediocre defense, just couldn't grt back on the field. Wisconsin made a couple of plays in OT when we didn't. That's football. It should jave never got to that point.

That offensive series in OT was questionable, however not the overall reason why this one slipped through the fingertips.

Fitting end to a very disappointing and underachieving season. Gus , the coaching staff and returning players really need to take a hard look at themselves and see why they didn't meet expectations this year.

Defense was awful. Hard look over.

I will second the concern with executing the HUNH which seems to have morphed into a slower paced sideways run/throw offense that goes for little to no gain.

The down the field passing was great, but it became a recovery for the east west game. Venting a bit, but if Muschamp didn't blow a vein or two, I'd be surprised.

Im sorry but if you dont think Gus' playcalling has been suspect at times this season idk what to tell you. Repeated screens that havent worked all game, wrap around draw that hasnt worked in years, but yet to no CAP or jet sweep to ricardo that worked?

Nick was so money all game and all year. Why not let him take over and win it throwing in OT. That trickeration was just retarded in that situation. We definitely did not need to risk going backwards. I think we can rest easy knowing that we will have Gus and Rhett around for next year. Damn.

Our weaknesses, both inherent and self imposed, cost us this game. D played sloppy and undisciplined as usual. Offensive penalties and stretches of head scratching play calling sealed the deal.

Some teams can get over their weaknesses and compensate for them, this year ours were glaring and cost us several games.

The play calling was a Joke at times and predictable when not. CGM didn't appear to have much of game plan for the.

Certainly some questionable calls. Sometimes the play calls are just too cute. Why not give Marshall a shot to throw the ball on the third down in overtime? And as far as Carlson, that's just rough. Those are just field goals he has to make. Hopefully missing now will make him stronger in the clutch in the future.

I agree.

I agree that Gus got a bit cute in the OT. I was worried about having to rely on a long field goal to extend game. On to next year where hopefully we won't have to score dang near every possession to win. Just think if we field a defense that gives up less than 24 points per game. We will be waiting to play in the next playoff instead of playing at noon on New Year's day.

It's the easiest play in football to defend unless you are the Auburn defense.
