"My next stop, I'll be the starter. I still have my pride, and I know who I am."

So Cleveland wanted him gone, and now Indianapolis wants him gone. But it's not a "him" problem"?

I have a prediction.....

Not running back U!

Language in Richardson's contract allowed the Colts to avoid paying Richardson's $3.1 million salary for next season because of his two-game suspension. A grievance to try to recoup some or all of Richardson's salary will likely be filed.

The suspension was the final straw for Richardson with the Colts. The team grew frustrated with him during the season because he had weight problems, was often late to team meetings and had poor communication skills with team officials. Richardson missed making weight 14 times during the season, according to a source.

"We had made an agreement where I'd weigh 230 pounds, but it turns out that I was supposed to be 227 pounds and they didn't tell me that," Richardson said. "We've got a list of things we can use against the Colts where I can get my money back. They were fining me for failing to meet conduct code. Not making weight is not conduct code."

The Colts said they had no comment about Richardson's claim.

Richardson rushed for 977 yards on 316 attempts in 29 games with the Colts. He failed to crack 100 yards rus

Trent Richardson made me eat my words prior to his last season at Bama when I claimed "he's not even that good". His last season in college was sick. That long run he had against Ole Miss was incredible. I thought for sure he'd be a good RB in the NFL, but seems like the wheels fell off for him.

He was always VASTLY overrated and very average. It wouldn't surprise me at all if his career is over. Why would anybody bother with him at this point?

he has terrible vision when running. That Bama OL was opening holes big enough that you didn't really notice in college games. There are some great pictures floating around out there showing how poorly he is at reading the right hole in the NFL.

He was a physical beast. He may also be the last ever top five drafted rb. He proves the theory of waiting on rbs.

Like I told the bammers when they were mad at Jim browns statements about rent a Trent being overrated, if anybody knows rb's, then it's mr. Brown.

Oline never gets enough credit when they make guys look good.

Have you noticed their record over the past several years? It doesn't appear they have done much. It's sad. I remember every year the Raiders were one of the teams who were picked as a contender for the Super Bowl.

McFadden got out and is now in Dallas. He has a heck of a line there. Should do well.

D-Mac could do well in Dallas. Although I'd bet money between the time it took me to start and end this post he has already gotten injured.

Murray had a history of that up until last year. Nice thing about running backs is you can find a good one even in the late rounds of the draft.

Definitely. Having that great o-line certainly helps too. Maybe this is the year McFadden reaches his potential, although he may be what he is at this point which would be unfortunate. He was one of the nastiest RBs of all time in college
