While not proven, I don't doubt this. Jarrett is as slick as the Clintons and maybe more vicious. She is a political terrorist.

Of course, Bill in no way " kept abortion legal ", but the mere threat of it being made illegal is enough for some women to drop their knickers and do ANYTHING to keep that from happening.
