AU carried a 2-0 lead to the T3, but 3 infield singles and a HBP have Auburns lead cut to 2-1 with Dores on all the bases and still nobody out. Potential for a disastrous inning here.

Wingenter gets two outs but a Texas Leaguer to CF scores 2. Grier compounds it with an error which allows the run from first to score as well. 4-2 Vandy.

misplayed ball by CF on a bloop single allowed a run to score....should be 3-2...but it's 4-2 now. Nothing hit hard but V managed to get the runs.

Kind of a cool move by Sunny....was unhappy with the ump at HP ....with good reason...so had a team meeting at the mound for long enough to attract the ump...the conversed with the ump all the way back to the plate. Been a tight strike zone today.

OK ....AU off to a good start with a double by Ebert.

In high school, our coach would come to the mound and talk strategy up until he caught the umpire coming to break it up. Then, he would switch to "And keep throwing what you're throwing, the dirt's bound to fall out of blue's eye one of these half innings" Gotta love the coach/umpire relationships

When the wild pitch happened it was 6-2? The guys appeared to quit on the game? We ended up scoring 5 and could have remained in the game if these guys would play till the end.

Schizophrenic team. I'll be interested to see how they respond in the nightcap. Unless our starter has a superb game, I'm worried we get smoked.
