That's worse than the equivalent of blaming 4,000+ American causalities in Iraq on GWB. Not really......Bush was a fool as well. Democrats have a hard time accepting responsibility of their actions. How do you explain the investigations that say otherwise? Corrupt people protect corrupt people. She was responsible as the head of the State Dept. Her policies within the State Dept. and her lack of leadership proved deadly. I also believe she was negligent and as she once used on candidate Obama....she failed to answer the red phone at 3:00AM.
