Proud Tiger 4,261
We had the opportunity for a private tour of the Raptor Center yesterday. Wow is it something. If you haven't ever been there make a point to do so. All kind of falcons, owls, etc. But the big.......this is where Nova and Spirit are kept. We met all the handlers including Matthew and a lady (Mary Ann?) who are the ones who meet the eagles on the 50 yard line when they fly at a game. One of the guys got Spirit on his arm and I was able to actually get face to face for a great pic. Gave me chills to be that close to one of our War Eagles. P.S.----AURaptor, where were you hiding?
