The other bad SCOTUS decision

Lost in the fanfare of the rulings on Obamacare and Homosexual marriage was the decision in the Texas vs Inclusive communities. Now only statistics that show what is called disparate impact can be used as grounds for proving discrimination. It need not be the intent but only the outcome. This is going to be a nightmare of epic proportions. Once again it was good ole Anthony Kennedy leading the way. http://townhall.com/...racism-n2017953

This is not new. American law has always considered outcome in discrimination cases. As it should.

Slippery Slope indeed. Thanks for posting!

I was wondering about the particulars of this one. Sounds like a bad deal that opens a can of worms I'm not sure the majority is anticipating. Anyone know what the vote was, and who the dissenting votes were?
