Interesting article on what the NFL views as the most important positions on the field. While the pro game is certainly different than the college game, let's see how Auburn looks given the NFL's top ten most important positions. I feel good about 9 of the top 10 positions

1. QB - Jeremy Johnson - going to be a stud

2. Rush DE - Carl Lawson - Defensive MVP

3. LT - Shon Coleman - big question mark

4. CB - Jonathan Jones - All-SEC talent, must stay healthy

5. WR - Duke Williams - expect huge numbers this year

6. DT - Montravious Adams - breakout season

7. RB - Jovon Robinson - AU's next 1500 yd rusher

8. 2nd Rush DE - Byron Cowart - SEC Freshman of the year

9. MLB - Cassanova McKinzy - Consistent, solid year

10. TE (HB in Gus' system) - Cam Pettway - much improved position from last year

RB still isn't confirmed, but whoever starts will have the potential to be best back in the nation honestly. You got your Chubb and Fournette but based on pure potential, I like our chances to have the nation's best.

I really hope Coleman pans out

REALLY hope

I'll have to see Monty Adams consistently play well before I hop aboard that train. I kept thinking Gabe Wright was going to turn the corner and he never became the star he was capable of being--I see some of that in Adams.
