AUcivE09 557
Surprised our "coach speak" warriors havent showed up yet =) This past game kind of felt like Tubs last year. D played well enough to win and offense struggled. I suppose if AU is going to have an issue its better on offense than D given what CGM and CRL are good at doing. Here is hoping for winning like we should against SJSU and taking some positives into the bye.

AuburnNTexas 6,450
Jovon and his mysterious ankle injury again. Maybe he does have an ankle injury. That would probably explain why they keep saying it. With the way Barber is playing and Kerryon why take a chance if he has a gimpy ankle.
Tiger 8,521
I feel like I've seen enough out of Peyton Barber and Kerryon Johnson to be comfortable enough giving them the rock. Sucks for Jovon that injuries really decreased his opportunity to prove himself but that's life and there are 2 guys who have been balling out in front of him. Roc is pretty good too IMO but Kerryon looks like he can develop into a very, very good RB.

I don't know this to be the case, but, if he has a high ankle sprain those things can be nagging injuries.
autigeremt 5,824
Johnson, barring the obvious, will be an ALL SEC back. He's got the most upside of any of them right now. Barber is just plain dependable...wish he had more burst but a work horse no doubt.
mcgufcm 3,740
I'm not sure I'd say anyone of the offensive side of the ball is "balling out." Barber has looked like a consistent grinder. Johnson has shown flashes of explosiveness and versatility. Roc is the most explosive guy of the three, but he's maddening to watch with all the wasted effort / unwillingness to take what's there. None of those guys have been so good that I'd say they are a staple and/or a foundation for the offense. At this point, it's not like we've found a Cadillac Williams or a Tre Mason. aucanucktiger 1,552
Notwithstanding his not taking handoffs foreseably much, with his catching ability Jovon can still play a very large part in this offense when his ankle heals.

McLoofus 35,182
Peyton Barber has absolutely been balling out. He's made some mistakes, but he's also made numerous fantastic runs while everybody around him is still trying to figure out what the hell's going on. He also saved us from the most embarrassing loss in program history with one of the more spectacular hustle plays in recent memory. And Kerryon Johnson has been electric with the ball. He would've taken one to the house the other night if Duke Williams had bothered to put a little effort into his blocking. But I digress. Kid looks as good as a true freshman possibly could, particularly- again- as the rest of the offense bump into each other around him.
doc4aday 1,887
Having a medical background, I wonder if the trainers and team physician have considered laser therapy. This is a safe and effective treatment. It helps the area of the injury by dramatically increasing blood flow. I have seen it first hand, and is a safe procedure. This could possibly help Carl Lawson and others with similar injuries. It is worth giving it a try.

I hope not but just seems that way. Just look at how UGAG are able to use their backs vs us. Not comparing any of our guys to Chubb, but overall they seem to have a better plan.
