Stat Tiger has often talked about his experience formula for success. Can't remember if it is 10 players with 30 games started + 20 with 20 games started or is it 10 with 20 started and 20 with 10 started. Anybody remember? Always felt this was a very good gauge for success.

I think it's the 20-10 rule -- teams need at least 20 players with 20 games of experience and 10 with at least 30 to make a serious run at the natty.

I asked Stat to elaborate on this, and he did in one of his podcasts. It's worth a listen.
