I'm not buying that we need to run against Arky this year to beat them. Their secondary is abysmal and Sean may have his most productive game of the season. Of course the terrific Hogs RBs are probably pretty excited about facing our D too...

Anything on Carl Lawson yet?

Yes, I would love to know what is going on. It would be great if he takes the field on our first defensive series, this would definitely set the tone for the defense. I would love to see him pounding their QB into oblivion no doubt!

Hopefully The run game will have to be a threat to open up passing lanes....just can't go in there and sling it 50 times and expect a win..

Or hopefully the passing game will open or spread'em out for the running game. Just guessing those big boys on the DL are probably going to be a handful and hard to blow holes in.

Either way they'll need to play even more team ball, with more containment and trusting the other guy. One or two guys excelling all alone is not going to get it if Arky plays as an unit.. A little more group effort is going to be required than the lone Barber up the middle, or dropped balls in hand, nor getting to 4th and too long. And of course hopefully being fast enough that we see some sweat-hogs cramping up by late in the 3rd.
