We did in olden times. I have no idea about modern times but I don't know of any reason why we wouldn't handle some wet footballs every Thursday. Coach Jordan did it that-a-way. If you were hanging around watching practice and in general getting in the way you'd get drafted to tote buckets of water to and from the field.

I'm here and all we heard was rain, rain, rain. Got here last night and there hasn't, been a drop of rain and it looks like it's going to stay that way. Very cloudy and overcast and that's about it.

From looking at the radar and forecast it looks like the major rain is probably going to miss the game. A few so sprinkles at most.
