Doubtful.

Who is playing better?

Chad Kelley. We'll see him Saturday.

Tolles and Dobbs are pretty good also.

I didn't watch any other games yesterday, but I assume Kelly and Coker are likely playing better.

It's way to early to pile on this sort of talk about White. He's good, but this sort of expectation is part of the reason the team and particularly the fanbase are in the condition they are in.

Does it really matter? SEC has a bunch of mediocre QBs but those mediocre QBs have at least found a way to get a passing TD. Until Sean scores ONE, I am definitely not going to be the one to argue he's best in the conference. But to answer your question, I'll take Prescott and probably Treon. Chad too.

SW is doing a yeoman's job, but he's got a long way to go before he's the best in the SEC. Rein in that imagination before you hurt yourself.

Wow this place is sad a miserable. Not as bad a rivals but there are too many fans of other teams on this site right now.

No. They just don't have unreal expectations. Labeling him as the best QB "right now" in the SEC is unreasonable. And you asked a question, did you expect everyone to just simply agree with you?

You do realize that he's played against MSU, SJSU, UK, and Arkansas, right? I wouldn't exactly say he's played against elite defenses, outside of MSU, where we scored 9 points, but I'll give him a pass, since that was his first game...

Well I look at it this way, if you could trade players in the SEC which team or teams would trade their QB for SW? I don't think many or any.

At the moment he is our QB and I hope he continues to get better.

Arkansas is a horrible pass defense. I'll say Sean did what he should've done against that type of defense. Should've gotten better stats in the process if it wasnt for the drops. If he shreds OM like Memphis or Grier, then give him a supportive pat on the back.

When you add youth I don't guess too many, but just pay right now in the present? You don't call a qb that hasn't faced a substantial pass rush yet the best qb in the SEC....But I don't really like this particular thread because it sort of forces you to argue against SW

Would Gus ever run an offense in which the qb took the majority of snaps under center or is that against his philosophy or something? He ran some under center as Arky OC.

I think that wasn't his choice.

I love the kid. He will only get better and that is what you want in a QB. I think we are in for a real treat for the last 5 games on the schedule. I hate saying we should have won and really do not like that analogy. I say if you should have won, you would have won. However, in some situations such as yesterday's game. I can say with pride in this team that yes, we should have won.

We are the better team and would likely win at least 7-8 games with the hogs if we played 10 games this season with them. Bullema has to be the nastiest coach in the SEC. I bet he farts in the bath tub and eats the bubbles!
