Who calls the offensive plays? What's the Process?

I wonder how much autonomy Lashlee has. I know its nothing but speculation but I wonder if Malzahn took over play calling in the second half. Perhaps it was just Lashlee making adjustments but obviously significant changes to the play calling was made. i've wondered all season what the process was for the offense this year. I imagine Gus is responsible for the pre game plan going in while Lashlee calls during the game. I think Gus becomes more active in the 2nd half if unhappy with the direction. Does anyone have a better idea of what the process is between rhett and gus?
