Our offense and defense looked soft and didn't seem to have that fire in their like I've seen in years past. Maybe that had a lot to do with them looking gassed by the end of the 3rd quarter in 2014 and 2015. IMO, we need a new Strength & Conditioning Coach.

I bet that is our problem, just like our CLT was the cause of all of our LB issues.

Why I bet our S and C coach is working extra hard so we will show him mercy and to save his job, just like Lance Taylor was recruiting extra hard so that we might spare his job.
