I like he wants to be here long term and I can't agree more with the statement Big Bird said Amen to.

Steele: "You got to find the strengths and weaknesses of your players." Got to build on the strengths and improve on the weaknesses

I liked this quote also,Cass was here four years and nobody ever tried moving him until CWM got here and it turned out pretty well.Cass was playing better than anyone on D at the end of the year.

So no info on what kind of D we will be running? I feel like Muschamp stated those type of basic details in his intro presser but I could be wrong

Based on various sources, he runs a similar D to Muschamp, including adopting a lot of the same terminology.

I hope he & Gus will soon fill the 2 coaching positions. I would guess that these will likely be coaches that Steele has worked with during his career as a DC. Get it done with the right men.

I am not concerned about his ability to recruit or which defensive scheme he will run....My 2 wants for AU from him are 1.I want some longevity from him at least 5 years as the DC. 2.Player Development of a 2 to 3 deep at every position physical SEC caliber defense.

i am ready to break out the bubbly already! he said enough for me to be happy. now lets hope it shows up on the field and i believe it will...................
