She probably won't be charged, but it would be interesting to see who on here doesn't think that she committed any crime. I for one think that she has done at least as much if not more than Petraeus. As SoS you have the ability to make things classified and it has already been proven that there were classified information being shared on her server, and her contention that it wasn't marked but as anyone knows who has dealt with any kind of classified information, you know that some type of information is by nature classified and she should have known along with her staff that some of the information that was being passed around via the email was classified and she should have performed due diligence to ensure that it was kept off of unclass systems and cleaned but we know that her server was in a closet...given her track record of lying, I cannot believe much of anything she says...I would feel the same way if she was a republican or independent...

Do you even read the quotes? Ive said all along I would be shocked were she indicted but is this guy DiGeneva lying? He said the FBI has an overwhelming amount of evidence which if not acted on by the DoJ they will never be able to indict future govt officials for mishandling classified data. If those in the FBI truly believe that i dont think it matters a wit what anybody else thinks. Moreover, if intelligence community revolts over DoJ inaction this could get interesting. Thats ALL Im saying but there is way too much smoke here to definitively decide Clinton is untouchable regardless whether her lap dog the MSM is reporting it or not..like they ever would.

That guy DiGenova is well connected within the intelligence community and the FBI. Clearly, you dont recognize his name so you automatically conclude he's just a partisan hack...he's not He is a former U S Attorney and has credible insight. Interesting you dont see it going anywhere when he has contacts pretty damn close to the investigation and he sees a completely different picture. I believe him when he says there very well could be a revolt inside the agencies just like what happened in Watergate if the DoJ declines to indict. James Comey is no partisan hack either and I doubt very seriously he is going to be bullied by the DoJ or the WH. It has happened before.Will it happen again? We'll see but this guy is no partisan hack simply hoping and wishing Hillary gets indicted.

I would say that Mr DiGenova's comments are becoming more and more self evident. Clealry, there is overwhelming evidence that Clinton and her staff mishandled classified information. What remains to be seen is if the DoJ will stonewall the undeniable. If they do, which is probable, then we'll see if Mr DiGenova actually knew what he was talking about if the FBI and the intelligence community take that sitting down.

Well I don't about a revolt but my wife worked for the gov. and her best friend handles the security clearances for the gov.and they both say there is no way Clinton did not know what she was doing was against the law.The people in the know about these type things are not very happy about it and they say people they know have had there careers ruined for much less than what Clinton has done.Now if the DOJ and the FBI will be able to do the right thing and put her ass in jail is another matter.I hope they do.
