This is what we will need to right the ship. I am a firm believer that a DT /QB is what is needed to make Gus' offense to work at its best. A pocket passer can do ok, but a smart, fleet of foot DT/QB is what is needed to get back to the 2013 & 2010 type of Auburn teams that wins SEC and NCs.

JMO but if that is the case, we ought to get at least two of them,. maybe 3 to have back-ups for injuries that will likely occur. Schools with only one of them (Baylor, Oregon for example) seem to really suffer when their #1 goes down.

Well, one thing I've learned about Criminole fans...they believe any player associated with their program is automatically better than anybody else. I have a buddy..BIG Criminole fan who insisted for a year that Coker would win the Heisman at Bama. Claimed he was easily the 2nd best QB in the country behind Winston when he was at FSU...LOL. I'll let Mr Franklin prove his skill set on the field before I anoint him anything based on a Criminole fan opinion.

okay calm down.....i have a friend whose son talked with a player on the EMJC team and this is what his son was told: JF3 is the fastest human being that he has ever seen, but his passing game needs a lot of work....so, just keep your expectations in check until we see how this works out
