FCS Championship Game JSU v NDSU

NDSU brings up the old question. Is it talent or coaching? They are always in the championship game. They don't get the top players being a FCS school. They do get very good players who aren't recruited by the major FBS schools. Is the talent they get that much better than other FCS schools or do the coaches get the best players available and coach them up to be the best they can be in the system?

worthwhile discussion but as remote as they are, I think they get some very good players....no FBS schools up there and they seem to get a lot of guys who want to stay near home.

meanwhile, they are pushing Jax all over the field....

All they have is football, I don't even think they have internet in North Dakota.

Not good.

I wonder if Jax State went into this game thinking they could just show up and win. They're playing flat.

They are truly dumb if they did so....like Clemson thinking they can just show up and win. NDST is the dominant program in FCS for the past 5 years or more under two different coaches.

Maybe we should recruit the Dakotas.

Eli is poopin the bed so far.

They are lost right now on both sides of the ball. NDSU is very good but not as good as JSU is making them look.

Probably so...but it's for sure they are good enough that giving then a 24 point head start is a huge hill to climb. First thing they need to do is find a way to stop the NDST offensive line which is opening up BIG holes.

Look nervous...NDSU has a wealth of experience in these games....settle down and get a score before the half.

They've been a top program even back in their D2 days.

Huh? They're still a D2 program...unless you mean back when FCS was called I-AA.
