SCOTUS to rule on Obama immigration executive order

I'm just happy we have Sotomayor sitting in on these hearings. I suspect she'll be equally impartial interpreting the Constitution as she was in the gay marriage ruling after she had officiated several gay weddings herself. That ruling had nothing to do with the Constitution

and it was noted in the dissenting opinion that 4 justices feared the "court had extended its role from Constitutional enforcer to activist."

26 states have joined in the suit against Obama's executive actions on immigration and unless we're living in a post Constitutional age, which is seems we are, the ruling should be a no brainer. The Constitution delegates to the President the role of faithfully executing the law not to breaking it just because you dont like it.
