Does anyone think Denver's defense can stop Cam Newton & the rest of the Carolina offense? Should be a great game. If Denver can't do anything on defense though it's going to get ugly..

Denvers defense is amazing but only a smidge better than Carolina's. I don't think they will stop Cam but they will slow him down.

On the other hand, the Bronco offense isn't very good but Carolina has an extremely potent offense.

That pass rush totally dominated the game vs pats. Idk if carolinas line is better. Cams ability to flee is big. But that was as dominating performance vs a truly competent offense as I recall. Many of Brady's completions were lucky from desperation instead of the sharpness they are known for. Hopefully cams running ability will slow that rush down.

Seems the Pats had no running game all season and Denver knew it....did not have to worry about the running game. Carolina has a reasonable running game with a bit of flare in it....end arounds, reverse, etc...plus Cam. Not sure Denver has played a really strong running team....don't follow the NFL that closely....but what few games of theirs I've seen, it's been their pass defense and blitz that has kept the opposition under control.

Carolina will probably do what they have been doing all year. ...heavy dose of running game.
