Though he might have written something right, because he is such a classless and distasteful person I typically avoid him. Last week I heard Finebaum say something that may be more insightful about Chizik. He said, "Chizik needs to do ONE thing in order to become a head coach. He needs to get a personality transplant!"

I would think that instead of worrying about who is leaving Auburn, perhaps Alabama fans should be more concerned about why assistant coaches at Alabama are NOT being hired away.

People who take PF seriously are complete idiots. He simply stirs the AU vs UA pot on a continuous basis riling naive fans on both sides. He's obviously very good at what he does or he wouldn't have lasted this long. He's taking advantage of the most heated rivalry in the country and laughing all the way to the bank.

I agree that finescum is nothing more than an entertainer. He traded in his journalistic hat years ago. If there wasn't some type of controversy at AU or UA, he would have nothing to talk about. About 1% of the time he gets it right, whether we want to hear it or not. In this case, he got it exactly right and made some points that I never thought about.

As for boycotting his show, I'd never do that. After all, he does have some very good sources and you can usually hear breaking news at the very beginning of his daily show. And, from time to time, he has guests worth listening to, and I'm not talking about Shane or Phyllis from Mulga.

But don't worry, I never listen to more than 15-30 minutes a day.

PF tries to piss people off and that is one reason I listen to his show. It's fun when it's clear that he is trying to stir the pot and people still call pissed off. He is living our NC this year and Eufaula Tribune right now. It is funny how there are so many bammars calling up talking about basketball, most of whom have no idea what they are talking about, not that I do about basketball.
