After closing a three-game road stretch with another SEC win, Auburn returns home as a slight underdog against Georgia.

No. 10 Auburn (7-2, 5-1 SEC) is a 3-point underdog/favorite against No. 2 Georgia on Saturday (2:30 p.m. CT, CBS), according to VegasInsider.com.

Georgia (9-0, 6-0 SEC) is coming off a 24-10 win over South Carolina and has clinched the SEC East division. The Bulldogs were No. 1 in the College Football Playoff rankings last week but remained No. 2 in the AP and coaches polls, whereas the Tigers were No. 14 in the CFP and moved up to No. 10 in the polls this week.

New CFP rankings comes out Tuesday night.

In June, the Golden Nugget casino in Las Vegas had Auburn favored by 10 points.

It will be the 121st all-time meeting of the teams, with Georgia holding a 57-55-8 edge. Auburn lost last year's game, 13-7 in Athens, and has dropped three straight, five of six and nine of 11 in the series.

Underdog...YES! We should be underdogs against both UGA and Bama. As long as we don't quit like we did against LSU several years ago, and the coaches really develop a game plan that exploits UGA's weaknesses, we can win this game. No turnovers and good special teams play plus home crowd should do it. And....we should expect all of this from our coaches.
