For some reason, if you take a step back, the Iowa massacre may just be too much for OSU to overcome. I just dearly love to see an 8 team playoff with the P5 champs getting in and 3 more P5 teams. It would push these decisions down to who's #8 and then who really cares.

As long as they are only taking 4, just take the 4 highest ranked conference champs.

If Bama gets in, that may allow us into the Orange Bowl against a power 5 school (likely Miami). I think Clemson would destroy Bama anyways. I want to see if Gus can win a power 5 bowl game, and beat our buddy Richt.

but that would go against why the playoffs are here. choosing the 4 best teams. all conferences are not considered equal. Especially when you glance at wisky schedule. i have no dog in the fight but i cant believe no one ever mentions how weak their schedule is. it makes the big 10 look bad IMO
