Herm might actually have to coach that team after all.....both his top coordinators have departed.....the OC announcing today that he's going to La-Lafayette as the HC.   Dang.....that smarts.....and here it is December and somebody gonna have to find some football players ....and some leaders for the coaching staff.

Well things are looking interesting at Arizona state this year. But that really sucks for the AD to hire a coach based on keeping his OC and DC and then those guys leave a couple weeks later. Wonder what coaching contacts Herm had kept in the ol Rolodex?

Funny thing to me is that people on this site who were wanting to dump Gus but keep the rest of his staff.. Might be worthwhile to study this situation and also see if it's possible to find an instance or two where some school was able to dump the HC and keep everyone else. 

Herms Rolodex includes Bobby Bowden, Steve Spurrier, Curly Hallman, Lou Holtz, Charlie Weiss, Pat Dye,  ....guys like that..

OK.....I didn't take names but it went on for a while.....meanwhile I thought you might appreciate what I saw when I took a peak at Herm's Roledex of coaching contacts....
