New Allegation of Sexual Misconduct, from Brett Kavanaugh’s College Years

Kavanaugh is done. Ronan Farrow proves he may be the best reporter out there.

Yeah. I've linked it in the ongoing thread. Kavanaugh has to be done. But I think I'm about to get a "Dub, hold my beer" moment from the Rs on the SJC.

I didnt see till afterwards. Apologies. This one needs its own space. I would lock my thread on the Lynch mob after this. 

This is more than enought to convince me. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, asking for proof and verification. Ford just couldnt get anyone to back her story. Farrow carpet bombed Kavanaugh. Another woman, older, longer length of time, etc lots more details and I am confident that Farrow pinned his stuff to the wall before writing it.

I know I say it a lot, but Farrow (along with Jane Mayer) is the most feared journalist of this generation. Go back to page one of the other thread. When he threw his hat into the ring, I knew bad things were coming down the pike for Kavanaugh.

FWIW, Avenatti says he’s representing another. I do not like the guy. He’s a grifter and will, I think, hurt more than he helps.

This is my favorite part:

The magazine also reported that Ramirez spent six days "carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney" before telling the full version of her story.

Still another male classmate who Ramirez claims egged on Kavanaugh to expose himself to her denied any memory of the party in question. In addition, the magazine published a statement by six of Kavanaugh's classmates saying: "We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would have seen or heard about it—and we did not. The behavior she describes would be completely out of character for Brett."

This story was extremely well written, presents both sides and leaves it up to the reader to make up their own minds. Make of it what you will.

The lady in question never told her best friend about the incident and after taking 6 days to self -evaluate. (talk to a lawyer)  Now her recollection of the event is complete. Even though she has stated she was drunk.

My wish is that everybody buying this tripe would be accused with the same level of evidence. I could hear the outcry on the moon.

Show me a day on something important that Dems's don't vote right down party lines then you can get back to me.

I'm a Libertarian and I believe in everyone should have to carry the same burdens and obey the same laws equally.  Right now the Democrats are closer to Socialist then Liberals.

I would pay money to see your response to three women accusing you or someone you care about of the same terrible incidents with the same amount of collaborating evidence.  I bet it would somewhat different then it is now. The second accuser so far is currently my favorite. Her backup witness is someone who heard about it from someone. There is still a chance for #1 or #3 though with #3 having the edge. This because since she attended 10 rape and pillage parties. Her ceiling is so much higher. Plus, in her statement it basically makes every male living in the dorm culpable. You know why? She might have seen them in the hallway.
